STUDENT AFFAIRS AND SCHOLARSHIP COMMISSION
Duties
To arrange scholarships for faculty students, to evaluate scholarship applications, to address and solve technical and administrative problems related to students, and to provide guidance to students on financial and legislative matters..
AWARD COMMISSION
DutiesHacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts Award Commission is a preliminary evaluation board for all kinds of awards planned to be given within the Faculty. This commission determines and evaluates the candidates to be nominated by our Faculty for the awards to be given by our University and other institutions and organizations. It evaluates the candidates proposed for the awards defined above and submits them to the Faculty Administrative Board as a recommendation together with their justifications.
PUBLICATION COMMITTEE
Duties
The Publication Commission is responsible for the sustainability of the journal of Sanat Yazıları "Art Writings", which is the periodical publication of the Faculty, under the supervision of the editor, who is elected in line with the recommendations of the commission members. The Commission takes an active role in the realization and control of all kinds of printed documents and publications such as books, brochures, newspapers, etc. belonging to events such as symposiums, national and international workshops, seminars and conference series to be realized directly within the context of Faculty Projects.

ARTISTIC AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
Duties
The Artistic and Cultural Activities Commission recommended by the Faculty Board and formed with the participation of at least one person from each department, charged with the task of organizing qualified artistic activities at Hacettepe University within the national and international framework. This commission makes proposals for national and international artistic events or organizes the planned artistic events of the Faculty upon the assignment of the Dean's Office. The Commission evaluates the proposals and plans for exhibitions, conferences, panels, seminars, performances, etc. for each year and each semester. It coordinates the calendar and teamwork for the organization with the chairperson and carries out the event. It cooperates with the relevant commissions in the announcement, archiving and, if necessary, printing of each event.
EDUCATION COORDINATION COMMITTEE
Duties
The Education Coordination Commission consists of least one faculty member from each department of the Faculty serves as a representative on behalf of the department. It discusses the course name, course code, course contents, course proposals from the departments, and it reports these evaluations to the Faculty Executive Board.
It monitors contemporary educational practices in the field of fine arts and education. It evaluates new teaching strategies, teaching methods and techniques and informs the teaching staff of the Faculty in various ways (meeting/publication etc.). In line with these practices, it makes the strategic plan for the Faculty, takes into account the changes in artistic language, technological developments and cultural transformations. It takes measures to ensure that program announcements for students are followed by students and to encourage participation.
The Commission plans which instructor and where the teaching activities and exams will be held for each class (group) and ensures that these activities are announced to the instructors and students at least two weeks in advance. In addition, it takes the necessary measures for the courses and exams to be carried out in accordance with the rules and ensures that the Dean's Office takes the necessary steps.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE
Duties
It organizes activities that are part of all kinds of cultural, social, artistic and academic events organized within the Faculty such as special days and nights organized for academic staff and/or students, commemoration nights for retired faculty members, graduation balls, exhibitions and ceremonies, faculty symposiums and meetings, transportation and accommodation services of guest faculty members.
PRESS AND PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Duties
It ensures that the cultural, artistic and educational activities organized by our faculty are regularly announced to the public with the support of the Public Relations Directorate of the University,
It organizes promotional meetings for our Faculty, promotes the programs and opportunities of the Faculty to major educational institutions and other relevant stakeholders, and being active in promoting the importance of plastic art in universal life, also plays an active role in sharing all cultural and artistic activities to be organized within the Faculty with the public.
INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS COMMITTEE
Duties
It ensures the participation of the Faculty in international scientific and artistic projects, contributes to the execution of projects. It enables commission members to actively participate in the realization of projects by traveling internationally.
SPORTS COMMITTEE
Duties
Its duty is to organize activities in various sports branches, it encourages individuals to participate in different branches in sports festivals held at the university.

ARCHIVE COMMITTEE
Duties
Recording the existing written resources in the Faculty; archiving materials such as catalogues, brochures, books and CDs of social events held during the semester and recording the resources coming to our Faculty, monitoring and recording artistic, cultural and social activities, providing the recorded information, documents, CDs, etc. to the use of all faculty members.
STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE
Duties
"Public administrations prepare strategic plans through participatory methods in order to establish their aims and objectives for the future within the framework of development plans, programs, relevant legislation and the basic principles they have adopted, to determine strategic goals and measurable objectives, to measure their performance in line with predetermined indicators and to monitor and evaluate this process." and "Public administrations are obliged to base their budgets and resource allocations on program and project basis on their strategic plans, annual goals and objectives and performance indicators in order to provide public services at the desired level and quality." Therefore, the task of the commission established: The commission's opinions are consulted to form the basis for the preparation of the activity reports issued every six months in accordance with the legislation.
